Every year, on June 27th, in a small village in New England, inhabited by no more than 300 people, a lottery is held in which a family is chosen as part of a ritual to ensure a good harvest.

A music teacher realizes that she's won the lottery, but then promptly loses the ticket out the window. The short film then follows her exploits to recover the ticket as it is grabbed by a pigeon, blown down the street and into the subway.

With the help of his friend, Kabir, he assists Raja elude the police, and gets the amount in cash. The third time he is offered Rs.1 Crore if an ailing wealthy male, Rustamji Batliwala, passes away before midnight - if not - then Rohit will not only lose this sum but also all previous winnings. He must now consider killing in order to not only win the new prize but also get to keep the first two winnings.
